The best season for Masai Mara Wildebeest Migration dates and moth in Kenya are from July to October, book a guaranteed seat with us and enjoy that safari itinerary from Masai Mara in the search of the Wildebeest and the big five other wildlife adventures, proceed to Lake Naivasha but before we pass by Lake Nakuru for about 2hours, here we shall see waterbucks, White Rhino and numerous wild animals, later on we head to Lake Naivasha and Hell's Gate and then finally we finish off with Amboseli the land of big Elephants would be our grand finale.

Amboseli sits on the lower slopes of mighty Mount Kilimanjaro - Africa's highest - whose peak lies across the border in Tanzania. It is quite an experience to see Kilimanjaro hovering above the clouds in an early morning. The animal pictures arising against the dramatic backdrop of the mountain will thrill the photography enthusiast. Amboseli is renowned for its huge elephant herds. Other residents of the Amboseli include: buffalo, black rhino, zebra, wildebeest and other plain animals.

Day 1: Nairobi - Masai Mara ( 265 kms – Approx 5 hrs)

Leave Nairobi in the morning at 8.00 am drive to the view point of the great rift valley, descend the escarpment and drive via Narok then to Masai Mara for lunch at the lodge followed by afternoon game drive in Masai Mara famous for its black manned lions and yearly migration of wildebeests, dinner and overnight at Jambo Mara Safari Lodge.

Day 2: Masai Mara Migration Tour

The whole day will be spent in game viewing and exploring the park’s high concentration of wild animals. On the plains are enormous herds of grazing animals including the elusive Cheetah and leopard hiding amidst acacia boughs. In the afternoon, an optional visit to a Masai village can be arranged, the entrance fee is not included in the package. Here you will be welcomed by the locals singing and dancing, a sacred ritual that has formed their rich tradition. Part of the tour includes a glimpse to their local homes and way of life.

Day 3: Masai Mara - Lake Naivasha, (280 km – Approx 5-6 Hrs)

Pre-breakfast sunrise game viewing drive from 06:30AMuntil 09:30-AM, to see leopard, cheater, lioness hunting. This has been considered the best time to see cats making a kill. Back to your camp or Lodge for a full breakfast, there after you visit the Maasai tribesmen“Manyatta” (village) then later depart for Lake Naivasha/ Hells Gate Park.

The Great Rift Valley was formed millions of years ago. Stretching some 6,500 kilometer from Jordan/ Northern-Africa to Mozambique/ South Africa. It’s the largest Rift on Earth. In Kenya, the rift gave rise to many lakes that have become a habitat for diverse wildlife. One such lake is Lake Naivasha- a fresh-water lake famously attracts seasonal fabulously colored pink flamingos to its shallow waters andmany Hippos. Have a boat-ride this afternoon in the Lake Naivasha, dinner and overnight at your budget hotel/ or lodge.

Day 4: Lake Naivasha - Amboseli, (410 km – Approx 6-7 Hrs)

A short morning drive as you exit the park.
A long and easy drive to the Amboseli awaits you today.
There shall be stops to view the great rift valley and other scenic spots along the safari route.
Stop and enjoy lunch at restaurant along the way Short game viewing drive with possible views of the Mount Kilimanjaro peaks at Amboseli.(Weather permitting).

Day 5: Amboseli National Park

Early pre-breakfast game viewing drive at the national park.
Weather permitting the clouds will shear off, leaving you mesmerized by the majesty of the Kilimanjaro and its gleaming snow capped peaks.
Today shall be spent exploring the Amboseli National park on unlimited game viewing drives.

Day 6: Amboseli National Park - Nairobi

After breakfast leave the semi luxury camp for the last game drive in the park as you leave the Amboseli park for Nairobi with hot lunch served en route arriving in Nairobi late afternoon with sweet memories. Drop off your hotel or airport. We can make arrangements to connect Mombasa bound buses mid way or train.
