9 Days Kenya and Tanzania Safari, the tour starts from Nairobi to Masai Mara, Lake Nakuru, Amboseli and then proceed to Tanzania with Lake Manyara, Serengeti and Ngorongoro wildlife adventures. Serengeti the most popular and oldest national park located in northern Tanzania stretching all the way through to south western Kenya to the world's famous Masai Mara. Serengeti is listed among the Ten Natural Travel Wonders of the World and Seven Natural Wonders Of Africa famous for its annual great migration where thousands of wildebeests, zebras, gazelles and other plain games.

Day 1: Nairobi - Masai Mara National Reserve

You will depart from Nairobi in the morning to Masai Mara passing through the highly agricultural highlands of the eastern escarpment of the Great Rift Valley you will have a stopover at view point. At 2,700 meters above the sea level, views of mount Longonot hundreds of meters below on the rift valley floor are spectacular. Lake Naivasha- the highest in altitude of the Rift Valley lakes sparkles at a distance. Descend the escarpment to Narok town stop over for a budget lunch then proceed to Masai Mara. You will check in at the Camp a short break to refresh then later proceed for evening game drive till dark.

Day 2: Masai Mara - Lake Nakuru National Park

Pre breakfast game drive 0630hrs to 0900hrs. Return to camp for late breakfast and leave your camp and proceed to L. Nakuru with an option of boat ride at Lake Naivasha a fresh water lake to see Hippos and many birds. Later, drive to Nakuru town where you arrive in the late evening.

Day 3: Lake Nakuru - Amboseli National Park

You will depart Lake Nakuru after breakfast and drive back past Nairobi and to the south across the Athi Plains, home of the Masai and on to Amboseli. Set at the bottom of Mt Kilimanjaro, Africa’s highest peak the Amboseli National Park is normally referred to as the Kilimanjaro Royal Court The eco-system is mainly savannah grasslands and spreads across the Kenya Tanzania border. Amboseli is renowned for its large herds of free-ranging African elephants as well as huge herds of wildebeests and many other animals including giraffes, African lions, monkeys, zebras, hyenas and antelope with Mt. Kilimanjaro, Africa’s highest peak providing a beautiful back drop. We arrive early mid-Day and freshen up, followed by lunch and a short rest. You later explore the Amboseli plains in an evening game drive at 1600 hours.

Day 4: Amboseli National Park

Full day in Amboseli with morning and afternoon game drive (optional visits to Masai village). All meal and overnight at Aboseli Kibo Luxury safari camp. Amboseli National park is one of the most popular wildlife sanctuaries in Kenya. It is situated close to Kenya. It is situated close to Kenya- Tanzania border, The Park lies at the foot of Mt. Kilimanjaro, the highest mountain in Africa (5,896m) whose snow-capped summit presents a splendid view on clear days. Amboseli National Park is often referred to as “The home of Elephants’ some of the largest Elephant herds are found here. The Game Park also contains vast groups of Zebras, Wildebeests, Giraffes, Buffalos, Hippos and Antelopes. Also to be found in Amboseli are lions, leopards, Cheetahs, Rhinos and many species of plain gamed through thousands of meters of volcanic rock from Mount Kilimanjaro. Animal species seen include elephant, zebra, wildebeest, giraffe, impala and leopard.

Day 5: Amboseli - Lake Manyara National Perk

You will have breakfast and then depart with your safari bags from Lodge. Lake Manyara National Park for a full day game drive. This enchanting park is noted for its beauty and incredibly lush acacia forest of giant fig and mahogany trees, which are home to troops of baboons and blue monkeys. The park is also home to a large numbers of buffalos, giraffes, elephants, impalas and a Hippo lake, where large numbers of hippos usually gather. Well known for its birds, Lake Manyara is one of the few places where you'll be able to see the Ground Hornbill and the Crested Eagle. This park has become famous for the the climbing lions and the flamingos in the lake shore. The game drives are done along the shore of the lake, providing incredible views of animals in the foreground with the lake, flamingos and flat plains in the horizon.

Day 6: Lake Manyara - Serengeti National Park

After breakfast you will drive to Serengeti National Park. It’s a world heritage site, the 7th worldwide wonder and the oldest national park. Its well known for its annual wildebeests of more than 200,000 zebra and 300,000 Thomson's gazelle that migrate in the months of May, June, July, October, November and December. After arrival you will go for a walking safari.

Day 7: Serengeti National Park

Early morning game drive to see also nocturnal animals returning from hunting and lions awaking in the dawn during the game drive you might spot buffalos, elephant, giraffe, eland, topi, kongoni, impala, Zebras, lion, Solitary leopards near Seronera River, cheetahs, hyena, aardwolf, serval cat, Gaudy agama lizards and rock hyraxes, Black Rhinoceros, waterbuck, baboon, African wild dog and kongonis. Apart from the animals you might spot various birds which include the ostrich, bizarre secretary, black eagles, and acacia woodland secretary bird, Kori bustard, crowned crane, marabou stork, martial eagle and lovebirds. Return to the lodge for lunch and in the evening you can relax at the lodge.

Day 8: Serengeti - Ngorongoro

Enjoy one more morning game driving in the Serengeti and then make your way to the Ngorongoro Crater after lunch. All your meals and overnight stay will be at the Ngorongoro Rhino Lodge. There are several documented resident lion prides within a one-hour drive from the Seronera River Valley. During the dry season, the prides begin to shift west and north in their territories and concentrate in the central region of the park. The dry season is a particularly good time for lion viewing here! The Central Serengeti is also one of the best areas in Africa to spot the elusive leopard. You may be lucky enough to encounter this majestic cat in the branches of the sausage trees that dot the banks of the river.

Day 9: Ngorongoro - Arusha

After breakfast, we will proceed into the Ngorongoro crater for a half-Day game drive, which is the 8th natural wonder of the world and the unique, world famous caldera with the most abundant wildlife. We will descend into the Ngorongoro crater floor. From the comfort of your open-top vehicle, descending down the crater, you will enjoy amazing panoramic view and if you are lucky, you will see the Big five. The caldera is exhibiting more than 120 species of mammals. We will see pools full of hippos, the endangered East Africa’s last black rhinos including birds such as secretary bird, white stork arriving from Europe during the wet season, kori bustards, crowned cranes and ostriches. It is for sure a landscape of sheer beauty. Another big draw card to this picturesque park is its dense population of predators, which include lions, hyenas, jackals, cheetahs and the ever-elusive leopard, which sometimes requires a trained eye to spot.
